Angus Tapa, Egg, and Garlic Rice

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pack of Urban Meat’s Angus Tapa
  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce
  • 3 minced cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp calamansi
  • 2 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp cooking oil

PROCEDURE:

1. Combine marinade ingredients.

2. Coat angus tapa and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

3. Drain and cook in hot oil for 3-5 minutes per side.

4. Serve with garlic fried rice, an egg, and tomatoes (optional).
