- 500g of Urban Meat’s Ground Pork
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 2/3 cup frozen green peas
- 2/3 onion minced
- 2/3 tsp minced garlic
- 2/3 tomato diced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2/3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 pieces fried banana saba
- 4 pieces fried eggs
- 4 cups of hot steamed white rice
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
PROCEDURE:
1. Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and tomato. Cook until tomato is soft.
2. Add ground pork. Cook 5-7 minutes, or until browned.
3. Add tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and raisins. Stir to combine. Cover pan and simmer 10-12 minutes, or until liquid evaporates.
4. Remove cover and add green peas. Cook 5-8 minutes over low to medium heat, or until peas are tender.
5. Serve with steamed rice, fried bananas, and a fried egg.
