INGREDIENTS:
- 600g of Urban Meat’s Ready to Heat: Frozen Cooked Baby Back Ribs
- 3-4 Boiled Corn
For Sauteed Vegetables:
- 15 pieces snow peas
- 2 cups baby corn
- 1 small red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 cups chopped cabbage
- 1 1/2 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup broccoli florets (optional)
- 1 medium yellow onion sliced
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 3 tsp cooking oil
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Chicken stock
PROCEDURE:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Transfer ribs and the sauce on a tray. Cover with foil.
2. Heat for 10 minutes. Remove foil and increase temperature to 200 degree C. Cook for 5 more minutes.
3. In a large pan, saute corn and vegetables until it is cooked.
4. Pour in the ribs and sauce and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 2-5 minutes. 6. Serve and enjoy!
