INGREDIENTS:
- 500 g - 80/20 Ground Beef
- 1 pc. - Egg
- 1/2 cup - Parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp. - Onion Powder
- 1 tsp. - Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. - Paprika
- 1 tsp. - Salt
- 1/2 tsp. - Cumin
- 1/2 tsp. - Pepper
PROCEDURE:
- Preheat grill to 375F
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, egg, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, cumin, and pepper.
- Form in oval patties
- Grill for 3 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 160F.
- Serve with basmati rice topped with butter and parsley, garlic yogurt, cucumber slices and grilled tomato.
