Beef Kebab with Butter Rice

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 g - 80/20 Ground Beef
  • 1 pc. - Egg
  • 1/2 cup - Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp. - Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp. - Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. - Paprika
  • 1 tsp. - Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. - Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. - Pepper

       PROCEDURE: 

      • Preheat grill to 375F
      • In a bowl, mix ground beef, egg, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, cumin, and pepper.
      • Form in oval patties
      • Grill for 3 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 160F.
      • Serve with basmati rice topped with butter and parsley, garlic yogurt, cucumber slices and grilled tomato.
