INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack of Urban Meat’s Beef Shank
- ½ cabbage
- 1 bundle pechay
- 2 cobs corn
- 2 tbsp whole peppercorn
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1 onion
- 4 1/2 cups of water
- Fish sauce to taste
PROCEDURE:
1. Add beef shank in a pot. Bring to a quick boil. Strain and rinse off the beef shank.
2. In a pot, add beef shank, onion, and peppercorns. Simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes until tender.
3. Add corn and simmer for 10 more minutes. Add fish sauce, cabbage, pechay, and green onions.
4. Boil, then simmer until vegetables wilt. Serve hot.
