Fried Pork Chop, Sautéed Vegetables, and Steamed Rice

INGREDIENTS:

For Fried Porkchop:

  • 600g of Urban Meat’s Pork Loin Chops
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • Cooking oil

For Sauteed Vegetables:

  • 15 pieces snow peas
  • 2 cups baby corn
  • 1 small red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 2 cups chopped cabbage
  • 1 1/2 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup broccoli florets optional
  • 1 medium yellow onion sliced
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 3 tsp cooking oil
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • Chicken stock
  • 3-4 cups of cooked rice

PROCEDURE:

1. Season pork chops and let sit for 1 hour.

2. Heat oil in a pan and cook pork chops for 8-10 minutes each side.

3. Heat oil in a wok and sauté onion until soft.

4. Add bell peppers, cauliflower, broccoli, snow peas, and baby corn. Stir-fry until tender.

5. Make a sauce with chicken broth and cornstarch, then pour and cook until it thickens

6. Serve pork chops with rice and vegetables.
