INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kilogram- Liempo Cut
- 100 grams - Lemongrass, crush & chopped
- 150ml -Calamansi Juice
- 1 head -Garlic chopped
- 1 pc. Siling Labuyo, chopped
- 250 ml - Knorr Seasoning
PROCEDURE:
- For the marinade, mix lemongrass, calamansi juice, garlic, siling labuyo, Knorr seasoning, canola oil and pepper
- Pour the marinade over the liempo. Then marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight
- Preheat the griller for 10 minutes
- Grill each side for 5 minutes
- For the garlic fried rice, add canola oil and cold rice in a pan. Add some garlic crunch as needed. Then cook until the rice is slightly toasted.
- Plate and serve hot.
