Grilled Liempo with Garlic Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 kilogram- Liempo Cut 
  • 100 grams - Lemongrass, crush & chopped 
  • 150ml -Calamansi Juice
  • 1 head -Garlic chopped
  • 1 pc. Siling Labuyo, chopped
  • 250 ml - Knorr Seasoning

    PROCEDURE:

    • For the marinade, mix lemongrass, calamansi juice, garlic, siling labuyo, Knorr seasoning, canola oil and pepper
    • Pour the marinade over the liempo. Then marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight
    • Preheat the griller for 10 minutes
    • Grill each side for 5 minutes
    • For the garlic fried rice, add canola oil and cold rice in a pan. Add some garlic crunch as needed. Then cook until the rice is slightly toasted.
    • Plate and serve hot.
