Lechon Kawali Kare-kare

INGREDIENTS:

  • Urban Meat’s Ready to Cook: Lechon Kawali
  • 1 pouch of Mama Sita's instant Kare-kare sauce
  • 1 bunch pechay
  • 1/2 piece eggplant sliced
  • 6 pieces string beans
  • 1/2 cup banana blossoms
  • sliced Bagoong alamang (optional)

PROCEDURE:

1. Air fry RTC Lechon Kawali for 30 minutes until crispy.

2. Steam veggies: string beans, banana blossom, and eggplant for 5 minutes, then pechay for 2-3 minutes.

3. Heat up Mama Sita's instant kare-kare sauce according to package directions.

4. To assemble, combine sauce, steamed veggies, and crispy pork on a plate.

5. Serve hot!
