Pork Nilaga with Potatoes and Cabbages

INGREDIENTS:

  • Knorr Pork Cube
  • 2-3 potatoes
  • 1 medium cabbage
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 3-4 cups of water
  • ½ tbsp of whole peppercorn
  • 1-2 tbsp of fish sauce

PROCEDURE:

1. Boil water in a pot.

2. Add onion and peppercorns, boil until onion is tender.

3. Put in pork ribs, reboil.

4. Add pork cube, stir, cover, simmer 45-60 mins until pork is tender.

5. Cook potato for 5-7 mins until tender.

6. Add fish sauce and cabbage, stir, cook 3-5 mins until veggies wilt.

7. Serve stew in a bowl.
