Smoked Bacon, Egg, and Pancake

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pack of Urban Meat’s Smoked Bacon
  • 2 Large Eggs for Pancake
  • 6 Large Eggs (separated)
  • 75ml Milk
  • 100g of flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Butter

PROCEDURE:

1. Heat a pan over medium-high heat.

2. Place the smoked bacon in the pan.

3. Cook until crispy, flipping as needed.

4. Remove from the pan and drain excess grease.

5. Serve with pancakes and scrambled eggs.
